NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
The National Constitution Center wanted to draw in the crowd that wasn’t already visiting: the elusive twentysomething. Throughout the year, the Center holds “National Holidays,” events which celebrate civic engagement, such as Tax Day, Election Day, Presidents’ Day, and more. This identity used beautiful but muted colors of vintage Americana in conjunction with friendly geometric shapes to convey a the unique and genuine fun of these National Holidays. Inspired by centuries old newspaper titling, the identity aims to target the audience by appearing more modern and interesting than competing attractions.
